Die Apple Mail-App stürzt bei mir ununterbrochen ab, nachdem ich auf El Capitan aktualisiert habe. Jedes Mal nur ein oder zwei direkt nach dem Öffnen.
Ich begann dieses Problem zu haben, nachdem ich El Capitan installiert hatte, um HD zu bereinigen und innerhalb des Migrationsassistenten mein altes Konto und meine alten Einstellungen (alles außer Anwendungen) migriert hatte.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem, aber ich glaube, ich habe es behoben. Es scheint damit zusammenzuhängen, dass ich mehrere E-Mail-Konten in der App aktiv habe, wie es viele Leute tun. Der anfängliche Download aller Nachrichten von allen Konten schien die App zu überlasten und zum Absturz zu führen. Sehen Sie, ob dies für Sie funktioniert:
