Outlook 2011 stürzt ständig ab (Mountain Lion)

Ich habe kürzlich versucht, eine zu große Videodatei über Outlook zu versenden. Drehendes Rad, dann fing Outlook an abzustürzen. Ich habe es schließlich geschafft, die E-Mail aus meinem Postausgang zu löschen, aber Outlook stürzt jetzt jedes Mal ein paar Minuten nach dem Öffnen ab.

Versuchen Sie , die Outlook-Datenbank neu zu erstellen .

Beenden Sie alle Anwendungen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie genügend HD-Speicherplatz für eine doppelte Identität haben.

Sichern Sie Ihre aktuelle Identität in /Documents/Microsoft User Data.

Öffnen Sie Outlook, während Sie die Taste gedrückt halten Option.

Wählen Sie im Microsoft-Datenbankdienstprogramm die Identität aus, die Sie neu erstellen möchten, und klicken Sie auf die Rebuild...Schaltfläche.

Dave, vielen Dank für eine so schnelle Antwort. Die Links zu Ihrer Anleitung waren die perfekte Kombination. Nach einem herzzerreißenden Moment, in dem ich dachte, ich hätte meine E-Mails verloren, verknüpfte ich Outlook erneut mit Exchange und alles war gut.
Froh das zu hören. Ich hatte die gleichen Probleme mit Outlook-Benutzern in meiner Umgebung (weshalb wir jetzt andere E-Mail-Clients verwenden!)

Ich stimme David bezüglich des Neuaufbaus der Datenbank zu. Obwohl ich dieses genaue Problem nicht erlebt habe, bin ich auf viele Probleme mit Outlook 2011 gestoßen und ich kann sie immer durch Neuerstellen der Datenbank beheben.
